Worst place to by a car spoke to accounting on my payment being late explained to them what was happening and let them know i was making my payment the following friday.... only to find i got charged a repossession fee even though it had notbeen picked up yet but the letter was issued...when trying to file a complain they said there was nobody above her and nothing that can be done. They dont care about there customers and will not help you.
Rip off rip off rip offs his place sells your car Vince not clear when your payments are due if your one day late on the payment they'll repo your car charged at $300 fee for the repo plus the payment then I bought insurance from these guys when I first bought my car come to find out they charged me a $70 broker fee not even paid towards my insurance this company is no good they won't accept debit cards when I paid for my insurance I paid with a debit card and they charged me $10 for using my debit card total rip-off
please don't waste your hard earned money here... cars are beautiful but they have high mileage the down payment are ridiculous for a car that has close to 100k miles on it. Not even a week with the SUV I got and a check engine light came out. I took it back they fixed it then the light appeared again. The SUV started needing things That wasn't covered with their so called 30 day warranty and the SUV ran like if it was forced. The girl that takes the payment is so rude she doesn't even acknowledge you and doesn't even say thank you.
This place is a total disappointment, they really have unprofessional employees that dont care about there customers needs... all they care about is making a quick sell of a vehicle that they have to get rid of their inventory... its sad how this supposedly so called business try to seriously steal peoples own hard earn money.. in my opinion i wouldnt recommend this car lot to anyone that is trying to get a new vehicle...unless you want to have the worst experience in your life..... go right ahead... screw this place and thanks for nothing......
